In Create Checksum File(s) dialog, options Create separate checksums for each file and Create separate checksums for each directory display as checkboxes, but they act like radiobuttons.
Should they be changed to radiobuttons?

No, since the checkboxes can be both inactive, but radio buttons one must always be active.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

It's indeed a bit confusing this way - the only way to solve it via radio buttons would be with a third button.
