Solved (no bug) [TC 10.50b1] Search dialog with OK+Cancel buttons does not show at the end of an F3-search in Lister

28.02.22 Added: Lister: When a new text search doesn't find anything, show buttons OK+Cancel in warning. Clicking OK then re-opens the search dialog, Cancel doesn't (32/64)

I Only see the OK+Cancel buttons when searching with Ctrl+F and F7 - Not when I search with F3, F5 or Shift+F7.

BTW, when searching with F3 and reaching the end of the search, it would be nice to be offered to start the search again from the top.

Yes, this is intentional, it's only shown the first time after you used the search dialog.
