[TC 10.50b4] File cursor flickers during drag & drop

While holding down the mouse button and dragging a file the file cursor rectangle is flickering. Very visible with fast movements with a 1000 Hz mouse, less so with a 125 Hz one.

10.00 and 10.50b3 has no flickering.

This is caused by the function which highlights folders and archives which can act as a drop target. Unfortunately this causes Windows to request a redraw of the focused file/folder. It's not possible to remove that completely.

The selected (source) file cursor is flickering, not the drop target.
It started in beta 4. I've found this change mentioning drag & drop and flickering:

04.05.22 Fixed: Drag&Drop: Reduce heavy flickering when dragging a file while the target panel showed a directory tree, e.g. when using a view mode with background color (32/64)

I also get it in TC 10 final, although a bit less frequent. The change in beta 4 should actually reduce the flickering when using a tree in one panel...

Yes, 10.00 and 10.50 beta 3 flickers slightly while dragging over folders. Beta 4 flickers badly all the time.
