[10.50b6] - Configuration/Plugins tab font rendering

I've just noticed that the labels on the Configuration/Plugins tab are a bit odd.
It seems that the labels inside the groupboxes are rendered with a different font than the groupbox tiles (and basically everything else on the Configuration window).

As an info, I've set the font for "File list", "Main window" and "Dialog box" to "Microsoft Sans Serif, 8".
It seems the TC version 10.00 (x64) behaves the same.

Good eye! That's some very old code - the text description was too large for the original dialog, so I reduced the font size of the inner text a bit. But now that the configuration dialog gets enlarged automatically when there is enough screen space, the inner space is more than large enough, so the font gets enlarged. I will change it so the font will only be made smaller when necessary, never larger.
