Need to find files created within certain time range

Good day,
I have a zillion photos among which I need to find a few taken from 14:00 to 16:00, various dates.
Is this possible using TC's standard features or a plugin?

Try going via Alt+F7 (find files), 3rd tab "plugins", by using the built-in plugin "tc". There is a field "Modification time". You can use >= and <= operators. Just add two rules, >= 14:00 and another <= 16:00.
