Cannot transfer to SD Card: "Cannot copy or move file"

I have a new problem that when i try to transfer files from my external drive to my tablet internal drive it works fine. But if i try to transfer it from my external drive to my SD Card on my tablet i get this message "the operation is not supported in current app version total commander" "Cannot copy or move file"

Can someone give me a hand please, thx.

Are you perhaps using a plugin to access your external drive?

Android version 11
I am using Total commander and Paragon exFAT/NTFS for USB

The Paragon plugin needs to be updated to support copying from/to SD cards on newer Android versions. Sadly the developer is ignoring my e-mails.
