Hi, i'm testing Total 10.50 32Bits RC1, i always use Total on portable mode
with my own customized menus & language and if it is possible i like to keep
Total directory clean of unneccesary files. I´d like to know if is possible to run
Total 10.50 without these files that i think may be deleted using Windows 10
TOTALCMD\BLAKEX32.DLL ------ I ONLY USE MD5
TOTALCMD\SHARE_NT.EXE
TOTALCMD\SIZE!.TXT
TOTALCMD\TcUsbRun.exe
TOTALCMD\UNRAR9X.DLL
TOTALCMD\WC32TO16.EXE
TOTALCMD\WCUNINST.WUL
TOTALCMD\FILTER32\AutoPitch.dll ------ I WILL NOT PLAY MEDIA FILES ON TOTAL
TOTALCMD\FILTER32\SoundTouchDLL.dll
TOTALCMD\FILTER32\SoundTouchDLL_License.txt
TOTALCMD\FILTER32\vmr9rotator.dll
Thank you very much !

Sorry but there is no real benefit of this.
Even a full TC tree with all plugins fits without problems on small USBs or sticks.

Re: Deleting Total not necessary files
the most important file is SIZE!.TXT
TC doesn't work without it!

Re: Deleting Total not necessary files
All DLLs in the TC directory are loaded dynamically, Total Commander will work without them but will be missing some functionality.
You can check the file comments via menu Show-Comments or Ctrl+Z for individual files to find out what each file does.
The following files should not be deleted:
TOTALCMD.INC used for button bar, start menu, and custom hotkeys
*.bar for button bar
WCMZIP32.DLL/WCMZIP64.DLL not only for ZIP packer but also for storing thumbnails
Various unpacker dlls if you want to unpack these specific file types like rar or 7zip.
