I don't see the error, where is it wrong?

It uses a relatively narrow width, this is from the time when it was shown as a popup window in HLP files. I had to remove that to also support CHM.

It's meant to mimic the width of a menu to look similar to the other menu pages.

Makes no sense. The only other menu page with sentences seems to be "Menu: Help" which doesn't have a width.
