[TC10.50rc3 64-bit] Hints for button bars not translated

Hello,

if you move the mouse over the DEFAULT.BAR or VERTICAL.BAR, information about this is displayed.
It's been an English/German mishmash for a while now.
Whether it was already in RC1, I can't say. From RC2 it is definitely like that.

Is this a bug on my end or does everyone else have it too?

Confirmed for 64-bit only and only for TC10.50rc1-3.

I can reproduce it in TC10.50 rc1, rc2 and rc3 but not b8. The translation is taken from the current .mnu file instead of the .inc file.

Tested OK using TC10.50rc4 64-bit.
