No ARMV8 64-bit architecture version for TC for Android?

I was using the Google Play version, but the Play version removed the ability to install apps.

So I want the real full version. I couldn't find a download link for the full version on the TC website, so I came here, but I found no download link for the ARM v8 version in the top posting, only for the ARM v7 version.

And ARM v7 is a 32-bit architecture.
