How to exclude files/folders from packing

How to exclude files/folders from packing

When I select a folder to pack (with 7z) is there a way to specify a filter so that certain files/folders will not be included in the archive?

No, you would have to choose the files in branch view (Ctrl+B) or selected folder branch view (Ctrl+Shift+B) to pack only the selected.
