Checking updates just doesn't work

• TC 10.50 didn't report me that new TC 10.51RC exists.
• TC 10.51RC2 didn't tell me that TC 10.51RC3 exists

TC 10.50 didn't report me that new TC 10.51RC exists.

Final versions do not report beta versions unless you set TWO values in wincmd.ini, under the [Configuration] header:
AutoUpdateCheck=1
AutoUpdateCheckBeta=1
If you only have the first of the two, beta versions will only be reported while using a beta version.

TC 10.51RC2 didn't tell me that TC 10.51RC3 exists

Sorry, this time was my fault, I didn't update the server to report RC3. I have done that now.
