Problem about media.wdx

When I use TC,a cash window happened which said that crash in plugin media.wdx:external exception EEDFADE,if i choose yes , it just happened a few minutes later,if a choose the other ,total commander will be terminate by windows which may be said the memorize should not be writen( I am sorry ,but i do not use english os,so i do not know what is the main meaning in english),please do help me, Thank you!
PS: It happend just likely left window and right window are all audio files,when the mouse click it(Not double click),it happened.[/img]

I had this problem a few times ago : the problem was corrupted files (0 byte size or imcomplete header)
More precisely it was when I had some tooltip info related to media.wdx (to show song length , etc...).
To know which file(s) is causing the bug : create a custom column using media.wdx->the column value will not be displayed after the faulty file...
