Write rights to edit android folders: "dialog to give Total Commander write rights" ?

Well , I'm trying to move some folders from outside system folder to into the android data folders(internal android storage) but it shows that

You need to choose the directory from a special Android dialog to give Total Commander write rights

how do i solve this?which folder should i choose?

You only need to confirm the next dialog with the button at the bottom without changing directories.

If you use Android 13, you will need to use the current beta version, because it blocked the previous loophole. There is a new one, though.
