htmlview.wlx: How to always open links in html in a new window?

When using htmlview.wlx to view html, click the website link is still in quick view. I need to right click select a new window to open it and call the default browser. How can I change it to click the link to directly call the default browser

Instead of clicking, you can use shift+click i i recall correctly.
