I have added some code to RC2 which will make the button a bit smaller when it would overlap with the checkbox below it. It would be nice if you could try it when RC2 is available.

I've tested TC10.52RC2 x86/x64 with the same font same parameters, then different fonts, different size, with or without dialog scaling option, and it seems to work.
