F3 view PDF

Hey,
I have looked around for a PDF viewer extension and seen old threads with "slister" and SumatraPDF.
Tried the pdfview+ghostscript but never got it working.

Is there any "modern way" of reading PDF:s with the F3 view function?

Slister with SumatraPDF works perfectly and has the advantage when Sumatra gets updated you just replace the SumatraPDF.Exe.
