Run as Admin from console

I can run any command as admin by pressing Win+R MY_COMMAND Ctrl+Shift+Enter
Is it possible to run commands from Total Commander console by the same way? Because it is a bit tricky to copy/paste path for special cmd instance all time when I have to run script as admin

The script from the button or em_command is launched by * in front of the path. What does the console have to do with it? TC doesn't have own console. Command line, maybe? Set AlwaysAsAdmin=1 for the [Configuration] section and run TC with elevated rights from URL shortcut.
