open temp folder under UAC

TC. Go to %windir%\TEMP -> no UAC pop-up -> shows empty dir

Going to a protected folder via
cd %windir%\TEMP
is not currently supported, unless you have previously visited the folder and granted TC access. Currently there are no plans to change this, sorry. It would break other functions.

That is not what I experience here. Even if I have entered the folder by navigating, and granted TC access, and I still am IN the TEMP folder, using cd %windir%\TEMP will clear the file list. If IgnoreDirErrors=1 I get a <Read error!> entry in the file panel.
