The new version seems Buggy.
I installed it, and went to view a WMV movie file.
The screen that popoed up, to the all width of my screen. Not a full screen.
But Half the hight, and all the Width.
I was watching the same WMV file an hour before with Version 0.8.6, and it was a stable ( quarter screen).
So Do not over right your existing Media 0.8.6 file. Wait for a fix.
Problem with MediaShow 0.8.7

MEDIA Show uses DirectShow filters for reproducing video and audio. If beside you is not installed DirectShow filter for some type of the files, or is installed, but irrelevant version - possible problems.
This problem always, or under the first start only?

Much strange, but I did not contribute no changes to this part plugin-code between version 0.8.6 and 0.8.7.I was watching the same WMV file an hour before with Version 0.8.6, and it was a stable ( quarter screen).

As soon as I go to an erlier version. No Problem.
The only "probleme " is that I am using an old Video card ( Voodoo). So what.

I thought so too. I uninstalled the Media Show PlugIn. REMOVED it from TC. Reinstalled. After I got the big Screen. I squeezed it. Restarted it again. And Sure enough, got the big screen. It seems to me each new installation does not preserve the settings selected in the previous version, so you may have lost your desired options in favour of the default options. That may account for the sudden change of view for the same file

(1) Using 0.8.7, I can vary the view as you described from 1/4 to 1/2 screen by selecting the option "use video resolution" under Files/Settings/Window. This doesn't happen if "no change" is picked instead. I take it you have checked and rejected this as probable cause.
(2) You might try using the very nice TC Plugins Manager to disable your Lister plugins set en masse apart from MediaShow, then reenable each in turn to see if any unforseen interference between plugins has occurred. Tedious I know, but in the absence of inspiration it's a step-by-step elimination method I'm afraid. The handy TC Restart button on the manager console does make it a little less tiresome.
