TC arbitrarily changes the custom menu entry name "wincmd .ini" to "Totalcmd .ini"

I use a customized menu under the name let's say WCMD_BEB.MNU (along with WCMD_BEB.LNG)
It has a lot of custom entries, one of which I decided to name "wincmd .ini":

MENUITEM "wincmd .ini", em_ini_edit

To my amazement, Total Commander GUI keeps showing it to me as "Totalcmd .ini".
I just don't know if this is a bug or a feature of some concealed meaning.
