registering when I already have a key

registering when I already have a key
Last year I ordered Total Commander via my university and through my account I paid for the program and got a registration key, but when I open Total Commander it still says I have an unpaid version and it does not allow me to put in my registration key anywhere. Does anyone know how I can register it?

Do you have gotten a file named "wincmd.key" or a eMail with information?
If you don't have that above any more, please write to newkey at ghisler dot com and send
1. Your license number (The license number is 1-6 digits - see menu Help -> About Total Commander, or on the CD or floppy disk)
2. The correct name AND full address at purchase time (and the current one also), or with as many details as possible.
Mr. Ghisler will then send you a new key via e-mail free of charge.
