Btw - don't you have a full ENG 11.* lang file on your hands?
Coz As I see RU section was not modified - so I prefer to add all new items
by myself - but for this at least I need some initial file

Could you please try again now? I created the new subforum as usual, but the different user groups all had no roles assigned (like read only, read+write etc).
