[TC 11.00 b1 32-bit] New directory hotlist makes TC unresponsive

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a TC 11.00 b1 x32 instance
2. Press Alt+Down to open the directory hotlist
3. Press Alt+Tab to switch to another application while the hotlist is shown
4. Press Alt+Tab again to switch back to TC

After step 4 the TC window is unresponsive, but can be closed after clicking the close button in the top right corner a few times.
