This happens when the option to hide entries is disabled: Press Ctrl+D - Configure, there is a checkbox at the bottom. You may also have defined a different character than a '?' there.

OK, strangely this option is activated on all my machines and was now deactivated. I will keep an eye on that :-D

As I said yestrerday: This option is set on all my machines. And after your qouted advice yesterday, I set it in TC11.00b1 again, sure that this option has been set before. Today the option was unchecked again, after I made changes on the button bar. Yet I cannot reproduce it, but this option is being unchecked due to a bug. I hope I can find it.

Thanks for making a new bug report about this. This thread was moved from the Bugs forum to the English forum by Stefan2. I think you added "[NO BUG]" in the topic title yourself? You can remove it again, if you want to.

I experienced that the "Hide menu items..." was disabled the first time I used the Directory hotlist after Installing TC 11.00b1, but ony for the 64bit version and only this one time, not since then.
