How to connect TC to NewQ (RAVPower) Filehub with LAN plugin?

I am trying to connect TC to a NewQ Filehub (same as a RavPower Filehub, I think) with the LAN plugin, to be able to transfer files from two items plugged into the Filehub, an SD card and a USB drive. The Amazon comments say this can be done, but I cannot figure out quite how to do it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

Did you set a user name and password? If not, it will not work.
