solved [TC 11.00b5] Internal English string 5720 different in 32bit and 64bit TC

The internal English in 64bit TC 11.00b5 is:

but in 32bit TC it is:

I think "&Scroll list:" is correct since all the option in string 6721 start with "to".

I think string 6720 is better phrased as "Scroll list to:" and string 6721 should have the word "to" dropped in all the options.
Also, the first two options in string 6721 should read either "last visited folders"/"most frequently used folders"
or "the last visited folder"/"the most frequently used folder", but I think what the author actually means is
"history (or history list)"/"frequently used folders", the same as the titles for the two groups above.

Indeed 64-bit is correct: I moved the "to" to the combobox because it's translated differently from line to line in German, probably also in other languages. I will change it in 32-bit too.

I see. Please inform the translators that they are free to put the equivalent of the word "to" in either string 6720 or in the combobox options (string 6721) in a way that best fits their language.
