Copy a button in a button panel with a small screen

Sometimes the vertical button panel has many buttons and they do not fit into the screen (especially on laptops with small screens), while a drop-down list (triangle) is added. In this regard, the opportunity to copy the button, which is located in this submenu, is lost. Is it possible to add a "Copy" button to the context menu for such cases?

The same problem is seen for buttons that opens a subbar as a menu, here the options to Delete, Cut or Copy items in that menu is also missing.
