[TC 11.00b8] New history window: wrong separator position

Latest beta moved section separator (between last visited and frequently used) up and it's now drawn over the item above it. It was correct in previous betas. Well, sort of. When I look closely, it was actually over the last pixel line of the item above it, so it made the height of visible selection highlight 1px lower. But it wasn't easily noticeable, now it is.

It would be best if the separator had a little bit of space for itself, same way separators in menus have. If that would complicate things too much, what was in previous betas up to 7 was good enough.

Windows 10 Pro, both TC 32/64.

Confirmed. In 32bit TC 11.00b8 it is not so pronounced when using Reverse order.

Also it is more visible when using Microsoft Sans Serif,8,b than when using Segoe UI,9 - and when NOT using Explorer folder/file icons.

Confirmed, the problem was that DrawText was modifying the draw rectangle caused by this change:

15.06.23 Fixed: New history window: Prevent paths from being too long and cut off within a character when using a small maximum width like 30 average characters (32/64)

I didn't notice because I was using a larger font.

Confirmed fixed in TC 11.00b9
