Customizable ButtonBar and hotkeys for Synchronize directories

Customizable ButtonBar and hotkeys for Synchronize directories

I use the Synchronize directories window a lot and always get confused by the context menu or hotkeys when I try to do something.
It would be awesome to have customizable ButtonBar for directory synchronization.
Just visually see and click on the needed button much faster then trying to find Ctrl+R or Ctrl+L in keyboard opposite ends.

Customizable hotkeys are very desirable too.

TC is great because everything can be customized. So... one more step. :D
