It would be fantastic if compare by content had an option to allow viewing of images (jpg/png/etc) on both sides, with possible option to view metadata (image size, etc)
I would have thought this was something that could be easily added.
Is there a way to add a plugin to the compare by content sub-application? I only see these options:
Packer plugins
File system plugins
Lister plugins
Content plugins
If so, this might be something I would be willing to add.

Digging a little deeper, I found this answer that uses BCompare.exe

Re: Compare by content image option
When you compare by content some file using search, you can view each duplicated file in a lister using f3 from the result.
You can also use p4merge to see image diff as external diff tool. This will work only using diff but not search. unless you send result to pane.
