If I have a directory on the left, where you can copy to it only with elevated rights to the administrator, and on the right is a regular, accessible to all directory and I want to copy something from this usual to a protected directory, then I will get the expected dialog asking about the temporarily elevating rights and perform the operation as an administrator. And this is reasonable and correct.
But if I now open the directory synchronization tool and try to do the same operation with it, then I will only get a window about the impossibility of performing this operation and that's it. For some reason, there is no temporary elevation of rights in this case. And this is UNreasonable and UNexpected.

Re: SyncDir tool - no way to get admin rights to complete the copy process
Sorry, the sync tool does not currently support admin rights. Not a bug, a missing feature.
