I think this is not a bug but as there are still some items on TC 11's "punch list" it is maybe possible to pay some attention to this behaviour:
Open a bunch of tabs (e.g. by ctrl + T) - six or seven should be enough.
If not done yet, maximize the TC-window.
Select the last tab (far right side of the tab-bar).
Then restore the TC-window (alt + Space + R, or alt + space + w in German) or dock the window to any position on the screen.
Now the selected tab is not visible depending on the window size /monitor resolution. You have to scroll the tab-Bar.
It would improve the workflow if TC would automatically switch the tab-bar position to the active tab if it is not visible due to resizing and docking.

Re: Suggestion: Behaviour of Tab-Bar on restore
I tried fixing that by manually scrolling the tabs on each window size change, but it has a lot of negative side effects. Therefore I have to postpone it to a later version.
