cm_PrevCommand AND cm_NextCommand failed to map hotkey

In previous versions I mapped ctrl+home to cm_PrevCommand,ctrl+end maps to cm_NextCommand
Hotkeys don't work in TC11.
Pressing ctrl+home、ctrl+end has the same effect as Home and End. The cursor jumps at the beginning and end of the command line.

Indeed many hotkeys are now limited to work only when the focus is in one of the file panels. I will check whether I can change it back.

08.09.23 Fixed: Many user-defined hotkeys were restricted to work only in the two file panels, e.g. Ctrl+Alt+Home (changed after 10.52) (32/64)

Confirmed fixed in TC 11.02rc1
