In thumbnail view mode, special icons (for folders, files of programms, docx...; but png/ico-files is ok) are small - correspond to the specified size for icons.
Thumbnails - 128x128, icons 48*48.
How can you make it in order to in the sketch mode, the size of special icons corresponds to sketches?
But to attach their size by a large option is inconvenient., because in the rest of the view modes they will be large

Put ThumbIconSize=48 in the [Configuration] section of your wincmd.ini filr.
