Help: What is Info-ZIP? (where is info-unz.dll)

On the help page it says ... " The condition was that we did not charge additional fees for their code and that the source code is free (see below)."
...
"Our code will be available in the future on some Internet hosts (look for info-unz.dll)."
I can only assume this was written very long ago, but it seems "info-unz.dll" is not available (after a quick google search) on "some internet hosts" but can be found somewhere "peculiar" linked via the wiki to a third party site.

Just looks strange and not how it is described. Just post it on the TC website or rewrite the above saying how to get it (which is apparently to ask for it by email?)

Not that I want/need it, but it looks so odd.

Today, there is no longer any need for Info-zip tools.
There are enough free tools like 7-zip.

I agree that the text is confusing and seems like conflicting information.
If still relevant, I think the text:

If you can access the Internet, you can get the original c code in

http://infozip.sourceforge.net/

or on some simtel.net mirrors. Our code will be available in the future on some Internet hosts (look for info-unz.dll).

can be replaced with:

You can get the original c code on https://infozip.sourceforge.net/.

BTW, on the mentioned website, the location of the source files can be found under Info-ZIP Links / Info-ZIP Internet Sites / files.
These links still work:
