ALT+F7 Not worlking

Hi everyone,
Yesterday somehow a hot key for search ALT+F7 stopped working.
I even tried another keyboard...-))
It happened right after I assigned ALT+F3 to open a file with Photoshop at selection.
My 2 work computers have the same hotkey and never had a problem.
Windows 10 Pro and TC v.11.01
Any idea what did I do wrong?

Usually another app like "Geforce Experience" is catching this hotkey.
