Move from Android device to Google Drive

Trying to free up space.on Android devices. Have tried to select appropriate files on Android then Cut then open google drive folder and Paste/move, overwriting existing files. Seems to copy them but not cut from original source. Appreciate any advice

Currently some of the plugins only support copy, not move. In general I would be careful with moving files to the cloud, there is no 100% guarantee that they will be available and backed up. You should always treat cloud services as a backup, not as a sole storage place.
