Good evening forum,
One of the recent Windows 10 updates seems to have taken over the CTRL+D shortcut (I have 3 different machines with the very same problem). The shortcut works just fine under various Windows Server versions, Windows 7, but not Windows 10.
I have been searching for a way to restore CTRL+D function or alternatively change the mapping under TC to something else (ALT+D?).
Has anybody experienced this problem? Are there any relatively simple solutions to this shortcut overtake problem
Thanks
M

Re: Windows 10 and CTRL+D not working in TC anymore
Thank you, it seems that it is the fault of Webex after all: https://community.cisco.com/t5/webex-meetings-and-webex-app/the-new-webex-app-stealing-my-keyboard-shortcut/td-p/4435923/page/2 and I was needlessly blaming Windows.
Since Webex is not changing any time soon or adding option to modify CTRL+D shortcut, is there any way to change them under TC?

Re: Windows 10 and CTRL+D not working in TC anymore
Only 2 options, I would take the 2nd.
1. Remap TC's cm_DirectoryHotlist to any shortcut you like
2 Uninstall the WebEx App
Or use the button for the hotlist

Re: Windows 10 and CTRL+D not working in TC anymore
Thank you, I decided to go ahead with 1) and remap, because getting rid of Webex is not an option for me, unfortunately.
