What features you would like to have implemented in version 11.50?

For me:
1) ability to change folder icon based on defined filter (like via Internal associations...)
2) ability to change font style based on defined filter (i.e. extending Define colors by file type for font style)
3) ability to change background color of column (Filename, Ext, Attributes)
4) history cleaner

I would like:
Ability to use menu icons stored in the setting of em_commands.

Example - if I have the command:

Then the icon from desk.cpl should be shown when the em_command is used in a menu (Main Menu, Start Menu, Directory Hotlist).

I realize that it would maybe require some caching, like it is done for the button bar icons.

Ability to minimise TC to tray, without that silly thing that appears in Alt+Tab.

Less complicated column management, more like in Explorer, so columns can be added/removed with a simple right click on the column bar. "Custom views" are powerful, but it's masochism for simple stuff like showing music details.

I would like a Background Transfer Manager option to display simultaneous speed information and names. Currently, the options are
BackgroundSpeed: Info in background dialog: 0=name, 1=speed, 2=alternating.
To allow a line for speed information and a line for names, I would give up a line in the height of the listbox that shows queued items to be processed.

Because display of speed information and names might slow transfer, it would be nice to be able to change the BackgroundSpeed option in real time, directly in the BTM dialog box.

Although a speed-and-name option would be nice, it is a low-medium priority for me.

By the way, BackgroundSpeed options 1 and 2 appear to give the same results for me in the BTM for TC 11.03.

I would like to be able to turn off the command line entirely via the Configuration Options dialog. Currently, if Show Command Line is turned off and Quick Search is not invoked simply by typing a letter, then the command line still appears if I type a letter. To turn off the command line entirely, I have to add RestrictInterface=2 to the Configuration section in the .ini file. Adding this setting isn't obvious or convenient, so it could be a problem for a user who never wants to invoke the command line.

To show incomplete turn-off of the command line:
Configuration > Options > Layout > Show command line > uncheck,
Configuration > Options > Quick Search > Ctrl+Alt+Letters (the default setting) or Alt+Letters or Disable,
and type a letter or number, or press a left or right arrow key.
