Is there a plugin to Work with animated GIF files ?

Hi all, I want to work comfortably with GIF files on TC (zoom in, zoom out,...)? Is there any plugin that works well in this case?

The Imagine plugin - https://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=11112 can zoom in and out of gif images, show the gif frame by frame and also has a simple gif-editor.
