FTP uploading without this prompt dialog box？(background / keep date)

I updated to the latest version 11.03.

When I use the FTP function to drag files for uploading and downloading, a prompt dialog box always appears with options such as "background upload" and "keep the original date of the file".

How can I upload or download without this prompt dialog box？
