How to set opening folder on start of TC ?

In version 11.03 can I set a fixed location that will always open when I start TC. For example the left panel will always show my C drive and the right a folder on my D drive. I know I could do this in older versions of TC.

Please do the following:
1. Go to the menu Configuration - Options - Operation
2. Deactivate "Save on exit" - "Directories"
3. Close the dialog with OK
4. Set the desired directories
5. Select Menu Configuration - Save settings
