Observe "Select only the file name when renaming" in secondary dialog

In TC11.03 the option Configuration -> Operation -> "Select only the file name when renaming (not the extension)" makes it select only the file name without the final extension when renaming a file. This is great.
However when trying to rename a file that is currently held by another program [e.g. an mp3 file currently opened in VLC], TC accordingly shows a warning:

Error cannot read <filepath>!

"The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.".

If one presses Ok here, a new dialog titled "Rename/Move 1 file(s) to" appears, where the whole filename is selected. Would it be possible for this dialog to also adhere to the configuration and only select the file name without the extension [if so selected]?
