I use CloudPlugin almost every day. Today, it said, 'Token is expired, please re-login.'. When I tried to log in from Chrome, I chose my Google account, but it failed with an error "This app is blocked, This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access."

I now use GoogleDriveSetup.exe (see wiki below) to create a G: drive on my Windows. Then, I use Total Commander to copy my files to G:. Everything is working fine now.

I can still log in with the cloud plugin when using a self-generated client id, I just need to choose to continue anyway when warned that the plugin isn't approved by Google. Maybe you need to check your Google account whether the app is blocked there.

No problem here with the self-generated client id.
Google says it didn't check TC, but I can say "Weiter"

Seeing this discussion I tried how the CloudPlugin/GoogleDrive sweet couple would work in my case and met a similar issue.

To make it work again I did the following steps:

1. Installed the latest version of the plugin (currently 2.90) from:
   https://www.ghisler.com/cloudplugin.htm
2. Got my own client ID/client secret on:
   https://console.cloud.google.com
   literally following instructions from:
   https://www.ghisler.com/googledrivehelp.htm#:~:text=create,client secret
   Note: the scope string there (see point 16) is truncated to ".../auth/drive" while I had to type it manually on console.cloud.google.com, so it's not a bad idea to see how it goes in full, as follows: Scope:https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive (which can now be just copy-pasted there instead)
3. In the updated CloudPlugin set up a new connection for GoogleDrive using the newly created json/client ID/client secret.

I've created JSON/client_ID couple months ago, and the cloud plugin (both desktop & android) works fine until yesterday, 19 Nov 2024. When I tried to enter, it said that token expired and google shows this :

While in Android shows this:

I tried using PC -----> blocked
I tried using Android -----> blocked
Logout & relogin Google -----> blocked
Reinstall cloud plugin -----> blocked
Recreate JSON -----> still blocked

Then I did this :
I remove "Totalcmd Cloud Plugin" from 3rd party access at my google account setting, so when I tried to enter Gdrive, Google re-asked my permission again to grant access and share data with TC.... And it did it, I can enter my Gdrive using TC from my Android again !!!

But something odd was happening. I still can't login from my PC. The warning is still the same, Access Blocked.

Anyone know what's going on, or have solutions?

On Android, this happened to me today as well. I created the JSON file about six months ago. Now it was necessary to log in again using the JSON file. What was strange was that the first attempt failed, and the login was successful only on the second try. Strange and unfortunately annoying. Edit: cloudplugin2.90 works on my W10 desktop.

Is it possible to access Google Photos from a cloud plugin? I just bought Google phone and would like to transfer Them to OneDrive.

When i get plugin to work, I cannot see the photos. I hope I am making sense.

When you use your own client ID, then the message

This App is Blocked !

refers to the client ID you created, not to the one I used previously. You would have to check in https://console.developers.google.com/ whether it shows something about a blocked app. Maybe you need to add a second app and use the new client ID instead - you can create as many as you like.
