Lister: add "Copy as Hex" also to main menu

Recently Lister got an option to copy selected block as Hex characters in any view mode, but it is accessible only in the context menu shown by right-click. As a result, for example, if we want to copy all viewed block as hexadecimal, first need to use "Select all" in the main Lister menu and then "Copy as Hex characters" in the context menu (if we don't use keyboard shortcuts). It would be more consistent to add "Copy as Hex" to the main menu, near "Copy as text".
