Under Windows 10 there are visual glitches in Dark mode:
In 64bit and 32bit TC the up/down arrow looks disabled when they are enabled (brighter white arrows) and disabled when they are disabled (fainted arrows)
In 32bit TC there is a white frame around the arrow controls.
Under Windows 7 in Dark mode:
In 64bit and 32bit TC the up/down arrow looks the same whether they are disabled or not.

I have split this from the main thread because it's not directly related.
Currently I don't have the time to go after visual glitches, sorry. Therefore I'm moving this to "will not be changed" for now.
