[TC 11.50rc4] Lister: Options menu items disappeared

This only exist in 32bit with dark mode.
64bit or normal mode is OK.

1. Open Lister
2. Click "Options" > "Configure..."
3. Click "Multimedia" tab
4. Uncheck "Use preview handlers from Explorer"
5. Uncheck "Use thumbnail providers"
6. Click the "OK" button to close
7. Open the "Options" menu again

Tested in:
TC 11.03 / 11.50 rc4 32bit versions
Windows 11 23H2 64bit

Here it is not only the "Configure" item tat is missing but also:

"8 Exlorer Preview"
"ANSI (Windows charset)"
"Wrap text"
"Fit image to window"
"Save position"

Under Windows 10 I can also see see it in normal mode if I close Lister and open it again after having de-seselected those two options.

Notice -
I can only reproduce the normal mode bug with my work wincmd.ini, not with a fresh ini file.

Update:

I can only reproduce it in Normal mode if I:
Enable dark mode,
Disable the two options,
and then before I close Lister, Set TC to Nornmal mode, switch to the Lister window and click "Options"

Confirmed, it happens because the menu is only switched to owner draw in dark mode.
