Wish: Auto detect changes for wfx plugin

For example, now
1, With Procfs plugin, everytime I have to refresh (cm_RereadSource) to check the changes of process.
2, With Uninstall plugin, after uninstall an item, it is still in the list untill refreshing

Wonder if it's possible to have a "WatchDirs" feature for wfx plusins like these.
Not sure the wish should go to plugin's authors or plugin's SDK, though.
