Buildin 7zip compression error

I have a specific file called destiny.wav that the buildin 7zip compressed fails to pack correctly. I get a disk error on unpacking. If I use the 7z plugin instead it packs/unpacks just fine. Works also fine with zip and rar. TC 11.51. Files are attached.

Not confirmed. I don't get an error when unpacking your file with TC or Windows 11. Try unpacking with a clean ini?
(I don't have 7z plugin installed.)

I've checked your files with my working ini and on clean install.
All 3 WAVs are identical and can be unpacked properly.

P.S.
You may have an old 7z unpacker or something else.
I remember the problems with some wav in 7-zip archives in ancient times. It was a time when 7zip's developers added new DELTA filter for PCM. Any older versions of 7zip could not unpack these files.
But that was too far far ago. May be somewhen between XP and Vista times...

Indeed the plugin was the problem. It's from 2011 and there is no newer version.

If you have the plugin installed and pack/unpack using the plugin everything works fine.

But if you pack with internal 7zip (instead of the plugin), the plugin is not able to unpack the file (and the plugin is used for unpacking everything by default). Deleting the plugin solves the problem.

I suggest to remove the plugin from the plugins page, as it's not needed anymore.
